What I collect

When you ask for the guide or join the SYSTEM list, I store your email address, which list you joined, the date, your country (from the request) and the page you came from. I also count page views and button clicks in total, not per person. No cookies, no ad trackers.

What I do with it

I use your email to send you the guide, new logs and the SYSTEM launch. I don't sell or share your email. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Health information

This site doesn't ask for your weight, food or health details, and the guide is a static PDF.

Delete my data

Reply to any email or write to the address in the email footer, and I'll delete your record.
